1.   Play or sing two contrasting pieces.

2.   Either

Sing or play at sight a simple piece and clap a rhythm.

     Or

Make a percussion instrument and use it to accompany a well-known tune or song.

3.   Take along some of your favourite music to listen to and discuss with the tester.

4.   Show that you can:

**name different values of musical notes

**name the notes on a stave

**understand simple Italian musical terms.
